No rum collection is complete without your White rum. As you embark on a typical day in Tobago and drive along the coastline, you discover all of nature’s hidden treasures, one of which is the quiet and tranquil Castara bay. The shimmering of the sun on the shallow ocean bed reflects a perfect reflection onto the white sandy beach, its image only known to the locals and seen by very few. Through this image we developed and blended our version of tranquillity and shimmering sunshine in Castara Premium White rum.

The secret is out... What makes Castara Premium White rum so unique?

Castara Premium White rum is a blend of Column Still Trinidadian rums, some of which have been aged in a wooden cast for 3 years and some 5 years and subsequently charcoal filtered... the resulting product... the perfect blend.
